Johor Bahru, Malaysia - 16.07.2024 : The Johor-Singapore Business Chamber for Industry and Commerce (JSBCIC) officially presented its credentials to the Consul-General for the Republic of Singapore in Johor Bahru. The JSBCIC delegation, was led by President Latha Pillay and Deputy President Rumi Amjed.

In a proactive exchange, both parties delved into multifaceted discussions on bilateral trade, exploring avenues to fortify commercial ties across sectors. Ms. Latha Pillay articulated the chamber's objective, affirming, "The JSBCIC is dedicated to cultivating robust business affiliations between Johor and Singapore, bolstering corporate alliances within the region."

Complimenting these sentiments, Mr. Rumi Amjed endorsed the strategic benefits of such alliances. "Establishing expansive strategic partnerships is essential in bridging our nations," he emphasized.
